PRESSURE GAUGES

Winters offers a comprehensive line of pressure gauges.  Winters pressure gauges are categorized into 3 different series which includes: Premium Series, Quality Series and Economy Series.

Premium Series

Winters Premium Series instruments feature pressure gauges with the highest accuracy,  (0.5%-1%), ANSI/ASME Grade 1A/2A), offers the most durability and features a 5 year warranty.  Stainless cases and stainless steel internals are common features in this series. Pressure gauges range from general use to specialty applications.  Custom products and custom dials available.

Quality Series

Winters Quality Series pressure gauges offer a high accuracy  (1%-3% ANSI/ASME Grade 1A/Grade B), ruggedness and features a 3 year warranty. Various case materials and brass internals are common in this series. Instruments range from general use to specialty applications and custom dials/custom products are also available.

Winters Economy Series pressure gauges are widely used in all industrial applications.  Steel casing, brass internals and an accuracy of 3%-2%-3% ANSI/ASME Grade B are  most common in this series.

ACCESSORIES

Winters offers a full line of related accessories to ensure that your application is properly fitted.  Winters markets various types of diaphragm seals (isolators) including: In-line, PVC or Flanged diaphragm seals. These diaphragm seals are utilized to ensure that the instrument internals do not solidify within the pressure gauge. Various materials are also available including: Stainless steel, Teflon, Monel, PVC, Carbon steel, Alloy 20, Hastelloy B & C, Titanium, Tantalum, Plastic. Other accessories include:   thermowells for all types of industrial applications, needle valves, snubbers, syphons, mini ball valves.  Stainless steel and brass material readily available.  Carbon Steel, Titanium, Alloy 20, Hastelloy B and C , Inconel, Monel and Nickel materials are, also available.

REPAIRS AND CERTIFICATION

Winters Instruments offers a full repair service for all instrumentation.  Whether you need a gauge to be recalibrated or a lens to be replaced, Winters makes repairs to all models.

Winters will certify the accuracy of an instrument with a National Standards Council certificate for ISO 9000 purposes.   Certificates are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

PRESSURE TRANSMITTERS /TRANSDUCERS

Winters offers a wide range of pressure transmitters and transducers.  These electronic  pressure instruments are available as 4-20mA (milliamp output)  or 1-5Vdc (voltage output) utilizing various sensing technologies. Accuracy ranges from .015 to .5% . Various transmitters are available that cater to many specific industrial applications.

Winters offers a comprehensive line of pressure switches for various industrial applications.  Winters pressure switches feature; aluminum alloy cases, stainless steel or carbon steel diaphragm, micrometer adjustable internal or external set-point adjustment. Each series of pressure switches are highly configurable to meet any requirement that you may have.

THERMOMETERS

Winters offers a wide range of direct and remote reading thermometers for various industrial applications.  Accuracy ranges from 0.5% to 3% full scale.  Winters thermometers can be customized utilizing various custom dial scales and connections.  Thermowells are also available in order to suit all the thermometers offered. In accordance with federal government standards, Winters offers a comprehensive line of alcohol hydrometers/thermometers.
