Dissolved Oxygen Sensors
Dissolved oxygen sensors offer easy handling and reduced maintenance for measurements of in sterile/hygienic processes. Made of FDA compliant materials, with a highly polished surface finish to facilitate cleaning, the sensors are sterilizable and can withstand periodic CIP treatment.
Optical technology further reduces maintenance thanks to the replaceable oxygen sensitive membrane (OptoCap) that can be exchanged in less than a minute without any specialist know-how. Together with Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) it also ensures higher signal stability.
Polarographic sensors offer a quick-disconnect system that allows easy and rapid replacement of the inner body.
Both optical and polarographic oxygen sensors with integrated Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) functionality provide advanced diagnostics, predictive maintenance and Plug and Measure for fast sensor start up.
