CalpMan 2004 was designed to allow users to organize data in a logical, meaningful manner for a more productive calibration environment. Users need to be able to set-up, use and maintain their equipment calibration information efficiently and effectively.

There are five major components of the software; Calibration Manager, MicroCal 20/P200 OFF-LINE procedures, Reporting, Graphing and Administrator Tools. This separation of functionality is the foundation for the next generation of calibration management software, resulting in faster implementation, streamlined training and reduced paperwork.

Calibration Manager - The most frequently used tools are built into the core application. Functionality such as manage (adding, deleting, and modifying) procedures, run procedures, searching results and printing reports are all easily accessible.

MicroCal 20 & P200 OFF-LINE operations - This special calibration module allows you to manage the simplified OFF-LINE test and calibration procedure. You can upload and dowload procedures and data from or to the documentig calibrators.

Reporting - You can choose between two report style and personalize them with your logo, company data, and report informations. The reports includes

Graphing -  You can display and print the graph for the testing data. Your reports are more readable with this optional module.

Administrator Tools - Working Standard Manager + Working Equipment Manager. It is very easy manage the two instruments database. The reminder window aim you for alerting of calibration due for both working standards and equipment.
