The HM turbine flowmeter is the solution for applications requiring an economical accurate flowmeter. The HM was designed specifically for the sanitary market and uses the proven method of counting the rotation of a turbine within a flowing stream of liquid to measure flow rate.
The RZ2AU positive displacement flowmeter is the utility version of the RZ series meter. Its rugged design makes this unit ideal for use on corn sweeteners, oils and other products which do not require a 3-A approved "sanitary" design.
The RZ positive displacement flowmeter is the solution to applications requiring precision flow measurement from a sanitary design. With an accuracy of + or - .15% over the operational rate, the RZ is an excellent choice for beverage syrups, clear juices and other products which flow through process lines which are cleaned in place. The AE Air Eliminator is designed to remove air or gasses present in flowing liquid process lines. Applications can vary from use in receiving systems to increase flowmeter accuracy to locations within a process system to improve product quality and performance.
Anderson electronic level transmitters are designed to accurately and repeatedly monitor the liquid height in a variety of process and storage vessels from a minimum height of 30 inches up to a maximum of 100 feet. Weld-in shells are available to provide a truly flush diaphragm seal with the inside wall of the tank. A special "mini" level transmitter is also available for simple level control applications in balance tanks and CIP vessels. The completely electronic "Differential" level transmitter eliminates bulky, hard to handle capillaries that in the past were a requirement on pressure or vacuum vessels. Anderson also offers a complete line of single and multiple channel micro-based level monitors which feature programmable self-points and alarm relays, as well as direct (DH+) PLC compatibility.
The HB "mini" sensor has been specifically designed for use in simple level control applications such as balance tanks and CIP vessels. This product is made to stand up to direct wash-downs and wide variations in temperature ranges: one for tanks 20" - 60" (low) and the other for tanks 60.1" - 100" (high).
Sanitary Liquid Level Transmitter (SL) The newly enhanced Anderson SL transmitter line is designed for maximum reliability and performance in sanitary process and storage tanks. Now available with HART protocol the SL provides level solutions for a wide variety of inventory applications.
LD "Top Mount" Level Transmitter Based on our SL "Driftless" Transmitter, this top mount variation easily replaces problematic devices such as ball floats, pneumatics, capacitance probes and magneto-strictive sensors.
LN Potentiometric Level Transmitter A top mount insertion probe, the LN is designed with process control in mind. Ideal for filler bowls, balance tanks, and pressurized vessels, the LN is immune to pressure or temperature changes excelling in applications where pressure based sensors come up short.
LS Capacitance Point Level Switch The LS provides level verification for a variety challenging sanitary applications. Minimally invasive, the LS is designed for both tank level detection and pipeline product monitoring. Suitable for many water-based fluids, the LS also detects minimally conductive and viscous or foamy media. Standard with a PNP transistorized output the LS easily wires directly to a PLC and is available with a LED for local level indication.
LB Point Level Probes for Conductive Liquid Applications 3-A approved sanitary point level. The LB provides up to four independent level points with probe lengths to 72". Paired with the LL switching module, the point level system allows choices of normally open or closed contacts and accommodates a broad variety of conductive media.
Electronic Sanitary Differential Level Transmitter (TDL) A fully electronic, differential pressure/level measurement system. It is designed to monitor levels in pressurized storage tanks, vacuum vessels, and surge tanks.
Pulse 100 - Single Channel Liquid Level Monitor The Pulse 100 microprocessor based monitor is designed for those customers wishing to monitor liquid level in a single vessel.
Liqui-Track Tank Level Monitoring Systems
The Liqui-Track 3200 can accept up to 32 inputs from linear and non-linear storage vessels. It features Allen-Bradley® DH+ digital communications for sending information throughout the plant network.
The Liqui-Track 800 can be ordered with one or two input modules to accommodate four or eight tanks and multiple output options. Available communications protocols include: Ethernet, DH-485, Devicenet with RS232 standard.

Digital Pressure Gauge & Switch
This gauge provides a battery-powered, local display of pressure that is 6 times more accurate than its mechanical counter-part, with 3 times the over-range capacity and 5 to 10 times the resolution of traditional mechanical pressure indicators! The switch version provides all this, PLUS 2 fully adjustable switches with low-voltage relay outputs for simple control and/or alarming.

"DTG" - Digital Temperature Gauge The DTG has been designed as a replacement for mercury-in-glass or bi-metal thermometers in typical Food, Dairy and Beverage applications. The unit provides a battery-powered local display of temperature, visible on a large 0.9" LCD display. Numerous fitting choices ensure simple transition from existing thermometers to the DTG. Optional secondary temperature element, switching/alarming and remote display are also now available. Switching versions can also be "loop-powered" to eliminate the need for batteries.
Negele Temperature Sensors Negele Temperature Sensors come in two basic styles- Insertion Probe or Flush Mount. Both are available with a mini (18mm) or Standard (55mm) wiring head. Universal, hygienic style fittings are threaded into a variety of adaptors to provide a very broad range of RTD and temperature transmitter solutions. The HC series toroidal conductivity sensor is specifically designed to be used on CIP systems to measure conductivity in cleaning solutions ranging from 0-200 up to 0-2,000,000 microSiemens/cm and temperature compensated over a range of 0° and 200°C. With its unique stainless steel housing and Teflon coated probe, these sensors are impervious to process coating or contamination. The sensors may be ordered with our model DA1, 1/4 DIN panel mount Analyzer or DA2, NEMA 4X Transmitter which may be panel, wall, pipe or integral sensor mounted.
The HT electronic sensor is specifically designed to monitor transitions in continuous sanitary processes. It does this by using a simple proven optical sensor and associated microprocessor to provide a linear 4-20mA output proportional to the concentration of solids or fat molecules in a flowing stream of product. The HT can be easily integrated as an input to a PLC or a simple display with switching or alarm capability. The transmitter is available with a 2", 2.5" or 3" tri-clamp fitting.
The ILM is an integral toroidal conductivity sensor that is a simple, easy to use solution for the measurement of liquid conductivities. Designed for use on CIP systems to measure conductivity in cleaning solutions and for phase transition detection in beverage and brewing plants, the ILM has operating ranges from 0-0.500 up to 2,000 mS/cm and dual analog outputs for conductivity and temperature measurement.
The ITM-3 is the latest generation of optical turbidity sensors developed for specific applications in our Dairy, Beverage, and Brewing markets. This simple sensor is easy to mount, wire and program, and provides a reliable signal based on changes in relative turbidity. This can be used to automate processes such as start-ups and changeovers, CIP rinses and return lines, yeast harvesting, and filter protection and alarming. In these applications the ITM-3 has proven to provide rapid payback by reducing product losses and water usage, as well as improving live yeast capture and beer quality.
