The Pneumatic Cylindric Actuator - ACP301 groups the power of pneumatic cylinders to the FY301 potentialities - smart microprocessed positioner, allowing applications in modulating control.
More than taking the microprocessing to the cylinder, the ACP301 is presented in linear and rotary versions, giving the user a wide choice of applications in many final control elements, as dampers for furnaces draught control, and other applications requiring movement control.
The ACP301 receives a 4 to 20 mA control signal from the controller and moves the cylinder to the exact position of control, according to the control strategy and loop tuning. When adding intelligence to the cylinder, the ACP301 allows the user to configure the opening characteristic of the cylinder. In case the standard configurations do not fit the control requirements, one can configure the ACP301 up to 16-points curve adjustable by the user.
